"Enlightenment
is not imagining figures of light
but making the darkness conscious."
~ Carl Jung

What is Theta Healing?
Theta
Healing is a holistic healing method, that directly works on clearing
unhealthy beliefs and thought patterns from the subconscious mind,
often creating instant healings of the body, mind and spirit. It
is like divine hypnotherapy, utilized as a tonic for the subconscious
mind, and a catalyst for moving forward. This is a spiritually based
healing method, involving the practitioner going into a meditative
or Theta brain wave state to connect with the Divine Source and
co-create a healing for another person. Altered states of consciousness
to heal others is ancient and has been used for eons by Shamans.
The underlying premise of Theta Healing practiced by Trudy involves
3 important facets: Core Beliefs Reprogramming, Feelings Work/Emotional
Health and Physical Health (All explained below). But first, take
a look at some of the benefits to Theta Healing.

Three Underlying Facets to Trudys
Theta Healing:
1) Core Beliefs Reprogramming
The
mind is an amalgamation of literally billions of thought patterns
and beliefs that are submerged in the subconscious mind. In a way,
we are like subliminal robots, following the command of our subconscious
minds, living out our lives unconsciously. Have you caught yourself
saying things like, Ive become my mother, or I
keep attracting the same type of partner, Interestingly, the
conscious mind is estimated to be only 12% of our mind. And the
subconscious is estimated to be 88%, holding memories, beliefs,
personality and even controlling autonomic bodily functions. Theta
Healing is all about reprogramming core beliefs and thought patterns
to liberate your true self! Incidentally, have you ever noticed
that in the middle of the word belief is the word lie?
The Theta Healing paradigm recognizes 4 levels at which these beliefs
can exist: 1. Core: Conception to Present 2. Genetic: At least last
7 generations 3. History: Past lives to Present 4. Soul: All that
you are. The following are examples of unhealthy core beliefs that
need to be transformed: "I am unloveable," "I must
suffer to grow," "I feel guilty for receiving," "I
hate my body," "Money is the root of all evil." The
underlying focus of Theta Healing is to transform these negative
beliefs into empowering ones. Because of the Mind-Body connection,
healing can result instantly at any level of the mind, body or spirit.
Theta Healing can liberate you from the frustrating cycle of knowing
these unhealthy beliefs are there and consciously knowing they are
false, yet not knowing how to release them from the subconscious
mind.
2) Feelings Work and Emotional Health
Our cells have receptors that are programmed to receive certain
feeling and emotions. That is all they know, and at the cellular
level you will be influenced to attract and create in your life,
circumstances that reinforce what the cells know. For example, if
a client has been chronically depressed for years, they may have
forgotten what it feels like to be joyful. A Theta Practitioner
would co-create with the Divine Source a healing by instilling the
feelings of joy. This will support an awakening in the patient to
the feeling of joy and changes in their current life patterns that
resonate with joy.
Through experiencing feelings, we root ourselves in the present
moment, and this is vital for manifesting what we want. In order
to manifest, we have to first experience what these feelings are
like to bring them to our reality. For example, if you would like
to attract a loving and caring partner, but have never experienced
this before, the feelings will be foreign to you, and you will continue
to attract unloving partners. But if you learn to feel what it would
be like to have a loving partner, you immerse yourself in the present
moment as if it was already so, and that is the key to manifesting
what you want. Theta Healing facilitates this process, so that you
can learn a new healing feeling immediately and manifest your dreams.
The evolving and accepted theory in modern western biomedicine
is that emotions are the connection between mind and body. The research
and book, Molecules of Emotions by Candace Pert Ph.D.
have been revolutionary and credible regarding this phenomenon.
This is a fundamental premise of Theta Healing, which gets to the
source of all healings at the subconscious level of the mind. By
healing the subconscious mind, we release and transform emotions
and feelings, so that optimal health and well-being can manifest
effortlessly. Its a simple continuum: Mind - Emotions - Body!
3) Physical Health: The Mind-Body Connection
Theta
Healing addresses physical symptoms directly by treating the subconscious
mind. The understanding of the Mind-Body Connection in healing has
become almost mainstream in our modern world. Core Beliefs, such
as, I am weaker than my problems, or I hate my
body, can be devastating to our physical health. This also
relates to subconscious desires, such as, wanting to numb
oneself, which can manifest as addictions or neuromuscular
disorders. By clearing the subconscious mind of unhealthy beliefs/thought
patterns and replacing with empowering ones, Theta healing can facilitate
the activation of our bodys inner wisdom to heal itself.
What Happens in a Theta Healing Session?
Theta Healing is a magical tool, yet grounded with practical techniques.
For the receiver, it involves a transformation and cleaning of the
subconscious mind. First, the practitioner will talk with you intuitively
and compassionately, performing what Theta Healers refer to as digging
for core beliefs. These beliefs are buried and programmed
in the subconscious mind, blocking the receiver from their highest
self. These are accurately confirmed through Applied Kinesiology
or Muscle Testing (explained below). Then the Theta Healer gets
permission from the receiver to remove/replace the negative belief
and enters the Theta brain wave state (explained below) to clear
and replace unhealthy beliefs/thought patterns with empowering ones.
Lastly, through muscle testing it is confirmed that the old thought
pattern/belief is gone, which it almost always is.
Example: After a compassionate process of digging for core
beliefs, lets say a client muscle tests positive for
the belief: I am unworthy of love. The client relaxes
or meditates while the practitioner gets permission and goes into
the Theta brain wave state to eliminate the belief and replace it
with the belief and related feelings: I am worthy of love.
Lastly, the client is muscle tested for the belief to confirm its
elimination and replacement.
Explanation of Theta Brain Waves and Muscle Testing:
Theta Brain Waves: It is called Theta Healing because the
practitioner enters the Theta brain wave state. It has been verified
by ECG machines to prove that Theta Practitioners are indeed entering
the Theta state. There are 5 kinds of Brain Wave Patterns that are
categorized according to their frequencies: Gamma, Beta, Alpha,
Theta and Delta. The Gamma state is used when we learn and process
information, Beta is a conscious state used when we communicate
or think, and Alpha is associated with meditative states. Theta
occurs during deep relaxation, and is normally entered during REM
(Rapid Eye Movement) sleep, when we dream and also attained through
hypnosis. Delta is the state of deepest sleep.

Thus, the Theta brain wave pattern is a doorway between the conscious
and unconsciousness mind, where deep transformation takes place
at the subconscious level. It is known by many that during a traumatic
event the person transitions from the conscious to unconscious state,
and that transition (Theta) is when traumatic memory enters and
imprints the subconscious mind. Thus, it only makes sense that we
exit the traumatic memory from the same door it entered.
Muscle Testing: Muscle testing has become a very popular
and practical tool to find answers for questions about whats
best for a persons well-being. According to many modern alternative
healing modalities (including Theta), the subconscious mind is physically
located in the body. Because the body is a manifestation of the
subconscious mind, we can receive answers from the body. Whenever
you say or think something that resonates with the subconscious,
the electrical and magnetic fields around the body get stronger,
making the muscles test stronger. And the opposite is true regarding
things that do not resonate with the subconscious, in that the muscles
will demonstrate weakness. When we muscle test Yes for
a certain belief, the muscles will hold strong and vice versa. On
another note, this concept may explain many neuromuscular diseases,
in that the body is screaming in a constant, weak state as a reminder
that something in their life does not resonate with their subconscious
mind.
Where does Theta Healing come from?
In the late 80s our collective consciousness began to bring
back the knowledge and wisdom pertaining to Theta Healing, that
is ancient in principle. A gifted healer named Vianna Stibal rediscovered
Theta Healing through an attempt to heal herself from cancer and
prevent the amputation of her leg (where the cancer had spread).
By using Theta Healing, she healed herself instantly from cancer
and saved her leg. She went on to heal thousands of others with
all kinds of illnesses, creating her own healing paradigm, providing
practical tools that can be easily learned and used. Vianna and
other Theta Practitioners began to realize that unconscious beliefs
(I am weaker than my problems) and unhealthy emotions
(anger, hate, fear) manifest as diseases and block us from living
our potential. For more information on Vianna Stibal and Theta Healing,

God (revised and expanded).
